Kraftin Kimmie Fred & Ginger

Who wasn't fascinated by the story of Dracula? I know I was!!!  :)
Just picture the dark castle deep in the forest filled with tapestries and silver candelabras, moon light and spooky noises from the forest....
This particular piece I did for a friend of mine,  almost a year ago, it's large, made with two different stamps: Kraftin Kimmie Fred & Ginger, and a digi image of a window.

And this one is new, I have made it only last week, and this time it is a card:

Inside sentiment:
I LOVE this pair :) they are so adorable!
And.... I also have a good news- I am a GUEST DESIGNER at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Blog for the month of September!!! :) I cannot believe this-it's so fantastic and surprising ))) wish me luck!

Inside the Garden - Final Week!

Garden theme

At Craft a Scene it's the final week to submit your creations for the theme" Inside the garden"

My card is a mixture of all kind of stamps as well:
House stamp from Hobby Art
Bunny is from Strumpin'up
and the tree 203G Oak Branch

Colored as usual with distress ink pads and Copic markers, berries were done with Sacura Souffle pens.
There is antique gold glitter on the edge of the picture, and other "berries" were made out of acrylic granules melted in the oven.
Tag cut out by hand and stamped with flower and sentiment.
Two types of Martha Stewart paper punches.
And my 2nd card as well, it's simple but I like it very much because it is so warm:

Krafting Kimmie Marie Antoinette Card

I would like to enter her for:

My Secret Love

Come to me, my secret love
Bathe me in your sweet touch
In a whisper soft as the dove
Say the words "I love you so much"

My heart springs to life around you
An explosion of unrequited lust
Are you feeling the same way, too?
Can your soul hear my heart gust?

Marie Antoinette-main stamp
background stamp of a castle is Magnolia
and dove stamp is from Whiff of Joy
Colored main image with Copic Markers
and the rest with distress ink pads
Batterflys on the top is from Ranger

I don't know about you guys, but I am ready for the summer to be over, and kids going to school, so it would free me at least a little bit to scrap)
Don't get mad at me, lately I just do not spend so much time by the comuter. I am hoping, that in September I would have a bit more time to do so, and stay in touch with you.
Hugs-Nadia

Warm wishes

It was such a joy  as a child to wake up in the morning, and see a whole world transformed into something magical!
We could't wait to run out into the crisp and delicious fresh air, and have fun in the snow. But, I also LOVE the early morning, just before all the kids rushed in and left their foot prints into that crisp snow... Just right after sunrise, when everything sparkles...

Hello everyone, it has been WAY TOO HOT here, hot and humid-I am like a fish out of water..
So, I am allready wishing for the winter seems like :)
And I have made this wall hanging, 6x6 glued to the cork board, and colored with dry chalk. Has lot's of heat embossing and Distress Crackle paint. Red beads are acrylic-you bake them yourself in your own owen.
Stamps used here are:
Sutter Stamps G-1273
Heartfelt Creations
I allready hang it in my bedroom-so it would look cooler ))
Well, I don't know about YOU, but this summer I am NOT such a good  blogger at all) no time, no energy, and no desire....
I am either lazy, or lost my mojo.... I sure hope it'll come back soon)
Oh well...

In The Garden

This month our challenge at Craft a Scene is to create a scene from "inside the garden".

I have never done any garden theme cards. And the ONLY garden that stands in my mind is the home where I grew up. That is the most near and dear place to my heart, and I don't even have a single photo of it. And I don't even know if it still exists in the world . So, I probably idealize it a bit, but who can blame me? :)
I remember gathering raspberries, and  gooseberries and cooking jam with my parents. I remember blue as a sky bachelor buttons, and peonies as giant as a footballs that were taller than me, and I remember bunches of red Rowan berries... And smell of burning leaves in the fall...
Discovering the world was so much fun, everything, even getting water from the well was a journey and adventure.
Back then we didn't have gas stove, but the wood/coal burning stove.
It was a tiny house, but to me it means the WHOLE WORLD!

So, this is how I "remember" my first childhood home:
